Executive Chef and Owner, Michael McKay, is a Red Seal, award-winning chef who has a diverse culinary background, working in kitchens throughout the GTA for over 20 years. He had the dream to open his own restaurant since age 13. In 2015, his dream became a reality when he opened Three Six Kitchen & Lounge. Three Six thrives on using local produce, meats, drinks and ingredients for fresh, authentic meals.
